The Blackhawks went 2-0-0 during their first road trip of the 2018-19 season, beating the Ottawa Senators 4-3 in overtime and then the St. Louis Blues 5-4, also in OT.
Jonathan Toews paces the Blackhawks with four goals and an assist through two games. He is coming off a hat-trick performance against the Blues, in which he also scored the game-winner.

Patrick Kane is second on the team in scoring with two goals and two assists. Cam Ward has two wins between the pipes.
Toronto opened the season with a 3-2 overtime win over the Montreal Canadiens on Wednesday, and then followed that up with a 5-3 loss to Ottawa on Saturday.
Auston Matthews leads them in scoring with three goals and an assist in two games.
SEASON SERIES:
The Blackhawks and Maple Leafs met twice in the regular season last year, with Chicago losing in overtime both meetings.
This season, they'll meet again in Toronto on March 13.

OPPONENT TO WATCH:
Auston Matthews was taken first overall in 2016 by the Leafs. He has been an impressive offensive force ever since, scoring 40 goals his rookie season and following that up with 34 last year.
As mentioned above, he's off to a nice start to this campaign as well, with three goals in the opening two games.
