'You always did feel just like home'

• The Stars face the Blackhawks on the second half of a road/home back-to-back on Saturday night at American Airlines Center.
• Saturday night's matchup is the first of two games in a week's span between Dallas and Chicago. The Stars will face the Blackhawks again on Thursday, Dec. 23 at United Center.
• The teams met eight times in 2020-21 in which the Stars posted a record of 3-3-2.
• Forward Jason Robertson was one of four Stars skaters to record a multi-point game (one goal, one assist) in the most recent contest against the Blackhawks on May 10. His goal ended the game in overtime, marking the first OT goal of his career. The Arcadia, California native led the team with nine points (three goals, six assists) against the Blackhawks last season, which tied his highest point total against an individual opponent.
• On March 9, Robertson recorded four points (all assists) against the Blackhawks at home, the highest single-game point total in his career.
• Defenseman John Klingberg recorded three points (all assists) in the Stars' most recent game against the Blackhawks and totaled five points (two goals, three assists) in eight games against them in 2020-21. Klingberg has made 32 appearances against Chicago in his career, registering 21 points (three goals, 18 assists).
• Captain Jamie Benn has recorded points in three straight games against the Blackhawks (five assists), including two assists in the most recent match up against them. He posted six points (all assists) in eight games last season vs. Chicago and 38 points (nine goals, 29 assists) in 50 career games against them.
• Goaltender Braden Holtby is 5-1-0 in his past seven games against the Blackhawks. Through his career, he holds a 9-3-0 mark, 2.89 goals-against average and a .915 save percentage against Chicago.
• Goaltended Jake Oettinger backstopped the Stars to their most recent win against the Blackhawks, stopping 19 of 23 shots in a 5-4 overtime victory.

'I can feel your stare like dynamite'

• Forward Joe Pavelski notched an assist on Friday night at St. Louis and now has 12 points (five goals, seven assists) over his past 10 games.
• Pavelski logged four-straight multi-point games (three goals, six assists) from Nov. 26-Dec. 2, becoming one of five players to record four-straight multi-point games this season. Only Connor McDavid (6) and Nazem Kadri (5) extended that streak to at least five games.
• The native of Plover, Wis. has tallied 20 points (eight goals, 12 assists) over his past 20 games, while he shares first on the Stars with 13 helpers and 22 points this season.
• Pavelski also shares second on Dallas with nine goals in 2021-22.

'Forever strong as a pine tree, always an evergreen'

• Robertson dented the net on Friday night at St. Louis and has points in back-to-back games (one goal, one assist).
• Robertson has logged 13 points (six goals, seven assists) in nine of his past 11 games and has 20 points (eight goals, 12 assists) over his past 17.
• Robertson is currently tied for 13th in the NHL and first on Dallas with three game-winning goals this season, matching his career high set in 2020-21.
• Robertson is tied for first on the Stars with 13 assists and 22 points so far in 2021-22.
• The 22-year-old also shares second on the team with nine goals and ranks first with a +7 rating this season.

Mask Policy:In accordance with the Dallas County mask order, masks will be required upon entry to American Airlines Center. It is not required to submit a health screening in advance. Health and safety protocols could change at any point based on NHL, federal, state or local guidance.
Bag Policy:Wristlet, clutch or wallet 4.5x6.5 allowed at all entrances. Purses no larger than 14x14x6 will be allowed at designated X-ray entry points. No backpack or large totes allowed. Remote Bag Check at Silver Garage will be available for fans who need to check bags that are too large.
Re-Entry Policy: Re-entry is not allowed at any event at the American Airlines Center. For certain situations such as medical needs, re-entry can be approved by the Guest Services Supervisor at the door.
Smoking Policy: Guests can smoke at JD Patio and ULTRA Club Patio. No smoking areas will be located on Platinum level. All guests must be re-screened prior to entry back into the building.
Cashless Transactions: Be sure to bring your debit/credit card to AAC for cashless transactions. No cash will be accepted.
