The Sabres acquired forward Jordon Greenway from the Minnesota Wild on Friday ahead of the Trade Deadline.
Greenway, 26, has seven points (2+5) in 42 games this season. The 6-foot-6, 231-pound forward is signed through the 2024-25 season and is expected to make his Sabres debut tonight.

TRADE DEADLINE: Kevyn Adams

"There's certain players that when they're on the ice, everyone's aware and I put Jordan in that category," general manager Kevyn Adams said Friday. "He can skate and he can make plays, but he's got the presence physically that people are aware when he's on the ice.
"Now, what we're building towards, and you've heard me talk a lot about this, is setting this franchise up for sustainable success. And ultimately, when we get in the playoffs, whether that's this year, or in the coming years, a player like that … they become valuable."
Prior to the deadline passing, the Sabres also acquired defenseman Riley Stillman from Vancouver for prospect Josh Bloom, a third-round pick from Los Angeles for goaltending prospect Erik Portillo, a seventh-round pick in 2025 from Nashville for Rasmus Asplund, and future considerations from Chicago for forward Anders Bjork.

Following the back-to-back affair, they'll host Dallas on Thursday and the Rangers on Saturday.
They'll then take a three-game trip through Toronto, Washington and Philadelphia. The Capitals are currently tied with Buffalo in points with 68, but have played three more games.
Tickets to all remaining home games are on sale now.
