The deposit is non-refundable and must be applied to a ticket package once they become available.
How will I be notified when memberships become available?
You will be notified via email when memberships become available and next steps to secure your seats.
Can I transfer my deposit?
The deposit is non-transferable.
By joining the Season Ticket Member waitlist, am I guaranteed a future Season Membership?
You are not guaranteed a future Season Membership, however by joining the waitlist you are guaranteed priority to purchase a future Season Ticket Membership when they become available.
Can I purchase a future Half-Season Membership or a smaller ticket plan?
Your deposit can be applied to a Full Season or Half-Season Membership.
Can I defer my deposit to future seasons?
Your Season Ticket Membership deposit must be applied to a Full or Half-Season plan when they become available next.
Can I use my Season Ticket Membership deposit towards Bandits or Concerts?
Your Season Ticket Membership deposit can only be applied to Buffalo Sabres Full or Half-Season Memberships.
