It's no secret that demand for Nashville Predators tickets is at an all-time high. The 14,500 season-ticket base is plenty of evidence.
For a franchise that had to work for every ticket they sold - in a city some thought wouldn't see NHL hockey past the 10-year mark - putting a cap on season tickets during the 20th season was humbling.
But that doesn't mean the Predators are done trying to continue to grow the game and create new fans. While the Season-Ticket Citizens (season-ticket holders) who have made the largest commitment to the franchise will continue to receive the most benefits, those who want to join the group one day will also enjoy plenty of perks.

That includes the newest ticketing incentive for the upcoming 2018-19 season, the Preds Golden Packs. With two separate plans to choose from, the Golden Packs include tickets to five marquee Preds matchups next season, plus your choice of tickets to one 2018 preseason home game or select Bridgestone Arena concerts.
The Smashville Select waitlist will have the first opportunity to purchase the Golden Packs when they go on sale to the General Public on July 12.
Other dates to remember throughout the offseason include the on-sale of Nashville's two home preseason games (July 17), the start of signups for Verified Fan (Aug. 15) and the on-sale date for single-game tickets, which will come in early September.
In addition, 100 of the traditional $15 tickets will be available every game day through Verified Fan, while player and broadcast holds will typically be released that afternoon before the game and available to all fans, two additional options for those seeking tickets.
Essentially, if you're not a Season-Ticket Citizen yet, the best way to have your chance at getting into Bridgestone Arena to catch the Preds in person is by signing up for Smashville Select and receive your priority number on the season-ticket waitlist. If the waitlist commitment isn't for you, mark down that Aug. 15 date to sign up to become a Predators Verified Fan through Ticketmaster.
"With Smashville Select, you'll have the first opportunity to purchase the Golden Packs, and you'll also get presale opportunities for single-game tickets as well, plus plenty of other benefits," Preds Senior Vice President of Ticket Sales, Premium Sales and Youth Hockey Nat Harden said. "But the biggest benefit is if and when any full-season plans come available in the future, you'll be on the list to one day be able to purchase those tickets."
"With Verified Fan, we want to make sure that our tickets are getting into our fans' hands," Harden added. "We encourage everybody to do that, and as a reward for signing up for Verified Fan, you'll get presale opportunities to all single-game tickets, so you'll have first opportunity to buy them before the general public have that opportunity."
There are approximately 2,000 tickets available per game for the 2018-19 season, and by securing your spot on one of the above lists, those tickets could be yours when the time comes. As always, all of your ticketing questions can be answered by visiting the Predators ticketing page, or by calling 615-770-7800.
"The support that our fans have given us, and the fact that we have a waiting list for season-tickets, just shows that the days of not filling our building are gone, and we hope to keep the sellout streak going," Harden said. "It's at 109 games right now, and we hope to extend it for many more years and keep this the hottest ticket in Nashville."
