SUNRISE, Fla. - Florida Panthers President of Hockey Operations & General Manager Dale Tallon announced today that the club has acquired goaltender Scott Darling from the Carolina Hurricanes and a 2020 sixth round draft pick (via Buffalo Sabres) in exchange for goaltender James Reimer.

Darling has been placed on unconditional waivers for the purpose of a buyout.
