EDMONTON, AB – The Edmonton Oilers have signed free agent forward Eduards Tralmaks to a one-year, two-way contract with an AAV of $850,000.
Tralmaks (6’3”, 221 lbs, 29) spent last season with the Grand Rapids Griffins, appearing in 64 games and registering 26 goals and 16 assists for 42 points, along with 14 penalty minutes and a plus/minus of +29.
The Riga, Latvia native also enjoyed a productive appearance at the Olympics last February, potting three goals and notching an assist over four games. He added another pair of goals and four helpers at the World Championships in May.
