NEW YORK - Trailing 2-0 to start the third period Tuesday against the Montreal Canadiens, Blues Head Coach Ken Hitchcock re-united Jaden Schwartz with Paul Stastny and the rest is history.
Schwartz set up Stastny's goal to get the Blues on the board in the third period, and then Schwartz tied the game with a goal of his own just minutes later, eventually forcing overtime in which Schwartz scored again to give the Blues a 3-2 overtime victory to conclude the home stand.

The Blues didn't have a morning skate ahead of Thursday's game against the New York Islanders (6 p.m., FSMW, KMOX), so while we don't know for certain, it's reasonable to assume Hitchcock will keep Schwartz and Stastny together tonight.
