VS. DALLAS

The Blackhawks dropped a 4-3 decision in overtime at the American Airlines Center on Dec. 18 as Alex DeBrincat, Dominik Kubalik and Dylan Strome registered markers for Chicago. Brandon Hagel paced the Blackhawks with two points (2A) and was named the game's No. 3 star that night and has two multi-point efforts in his last three skates against the Stars. Caleb Jones posted an assist in 17:23 of total ice time in the loss.
DeBrincat's 11 career tallies against the Stars are his second most against any opponent and Dallas is one of three teams he has 10 or more goals against (10 vs. DET and 13 vs. CAR). Dominik Kubalik has registered a point (4G, 2A) in six consecutive games against Dallas.
The Blackhawks notched points in six of eight games against the Stars during the 2020-21 campaign going 5-2-1. Chicago has a .656 points percentage over their last 16 games vs. the Stars.

CAT ATTACK

DeBrincat recorded a goal for the second straight game last night against Columbus and has three goals in his last four games. His 29 tallies on the year are fifth in the NHL and his 11 power-play goals share fifth this season. He is third in the NHL with 61 goals since the beginning of last season.
DeBrincat scored the 49th power-play goal of his NHL career - which is 10th in the league since his debut season in 2017-18 - on Feb. 8 against the Oilers.

KANE CLIMBING

Kane picked up an assist against the Blue Jackets to match Denis Savard for second on the franchise's all-time assists list with 719 career helpers. Stan Mikita is first on the list with 926 assists in a Blackhawks uniform.
The assist also extended his point streak (1G, 4A) to four games. Kane has points (3G, 8A) in seven of his last eight skates. Since Jan. 26, Kane shares 11th in the league with 11 points (3G, 8A) in eight games.
