Jets 2023-24 season filled with promo games, giveaways and initiatives

WINNIPEG, June 27, 2023 -Complementing the Winnipeg Jets 2023-24 regular season game schedule, released earlier today, is an exciting calendar of promotional and celebratory games to be hosted throughout the home season at Canada Life Centre. This year's schedule sees the return of many fan-favourite games, while new celebrations will give fans added fun to look forward to at Jets home games throughout the season.

The Winnipeg Jets will start the home portion of their 2023-24 campaign against the Stanley Cup-finalist Florida Panthers when they visit for a matinee match on Oct. 14, presented by Canada Life. Canada Life will be giving away 15,000 toques at the game. More exciting giveaways will take place throughout the season including 5,000 mini-sticks at Canadian Armed Forces Night (Dec. 2), plenty of prizes at Fan Appreciation Night (March 30), and the return of 90s Night (April 18) with additional giveaway items to be announced at a later date.

Josh Morrissey will become the latest Jets player to gain bobblehead status in 2023-24. Full and Half Season Ticket Members will be guaranteed a bobblehead for each seat in their account while fans will have the opportunity to secure their Josh Morrissey bobblehead through the purchase of special ticket bundles for select home games. New promotional nights for the 2023-24 season include a Halloween Game on Oct. 30, Moose Night on Nov. 9, and Beat the Winter Blues Night on Jan. 9.

The Winnipeg Jets will continue to honour people of many cultures who call Manitoba home with South Asian Heritage Night (Dec. 16), Filipino Heritage Night (Jan. 13), Black History Game (Feb. 20), and WASAC Night (Feb. 25).

The team will also continue to promote awareness and raise funds for several key causes and local partner organizations as well as celebrate members of our community through games such as the Child Advocacy Game (Oct. 24), Pride Night (Nov. 17), Hockey Fights Cancer (Nov. 28), Canadian Armed Forces Night (Dec. 2), #HockeyTalks Game (Jan. 16), and Celebrating Women in Sport (March 5).

As part of True North's ongoing commitment to positively impacting the community, promotional Jets jerseys will be available to fans through sale or auction, in benefit of various local organizations and initiatives.
