How long will the season remain paused?
It is currently unknown how long the season will be paused but it is the intention of the NHL, and all teams, to resume the season as soon as it is appropriate and prudent to do so. The League is taking its guidance on the matter from local, provincial, and federal authorities who are in constant contact with health authorities.
Have games been cancelled?
The NHL season has been paused and no games have currently been cancelled. Tickets for any postponed games will be valid for the rescheduled dates once confirmed.
When will decisions on future games be made?
We are monitoring the situation daily and are in regular communication with the NHL. We will provide updates to our ticketholders and fans as information is available to us.
Will Season Seat Holders be refunded for the remaining games if they are not played?
For Season Seat Holders, payments will remain in their account and will be applied to the rescheduled games. Should a game not be rescheduled, Season Seat Holders will receive a credit to their account for Winnipeg Jets games next season. If games are cancelled, and a refund is requested, additional information concerning the refund process will be communicated at that time.
Can I get a refund on my single game tickets?
Tickets will be honoured at future games. Once additional information pertaining to future games is available, gameday ticket buyers will be contacted with their options, including refund procedures.
What if I won't be able to make a rescheduled game and would like a refund?
Rescheduled dates for remaining Winnipeg Jets home games are currently pending. Tickets held for any postponed games will be valid for the rescheduled date, once determined. Additional information will be communicated as rescheduled games are confirmed, including refund procedures.
How will resale tickets be handled?
Tickets purchased on Winnipeg Jets Seat Exchange for any postponed game will be valid for the rescheduled date, once determined.
All tickets purchased through another resale site (e.g. Vivid Seats, StubHub, Fans First etc.) will be subject to the refund policy of that ticket platform. Please contact the customer service departments of the appropriate marketplace for more information.
When games are rescheduled, will people who have had the tickets transferred to them be the recipient of the rescheduled game tickets, or will the tickets go back to the Season Seat Holder?
Once a ticket is transferred it belongs to the recipient. Accordingly, that ticket will be valid for the rescheduled game for the recipient.
Will the Patrik Laine Bobblehead giveaway be rescheduled?
Yes. The Patrik Laine Bobblehead Night originally scheduled for March 17, 2020 will be rescheduled once an updated schedule has been released by the NHL. Details will be communicated when available.
I signed up for the 12-month payment plan for my 2019-20 season seat confirmation, with the final payment to be processed on March 16, 2020. Will you be processing the final payment during the suspension on the NHL season?
We will not be processing the March 16 monthly payment during the suspension of the 2019-20 season. Once information regarding future games is available, we will communicate details of the 12th and final payment for this season.
How will the season work when resumed, including playoffs?
The NHL is analyzing "every conceivable alternative" as to the format of a resumed season. Without a timetable for when the season could resume it is hard to determine what the best course of action could be at this time.
What happens with playoff reservations for Season Seat Holders?
The playoff reservation deadline for Season Seat Holder and Half Season A Seat Holders has been postponed. Full details regarding reserving playoff tickets will be communicated once information regarding the rescheduling of games has been confirmed.
Will you be sending out invoices for the Payment Plan selection for the 2020-21 regular season?
Invoices for the following season are typically issued in mid-March, with payments commencing on April 15. Due to the suspension of the 2019-20 NHL season, we will NOT be sending invoices for the 2020-21 NHL Season at this time. We will be adjusting our timelines and will communicate with you once the revised timelines have been finalized. Has the Winnipeg Jets Wait List early bird renewal been extended?
Yes. The March 20, 2020 early bird deadline for Wait List renewals has been extended indefinitely. A new deadline will be communicated to Wait List members at a later date.
Will the Jets Rewards program continue through the suspension of the 2019-20 season?
Yes. At this time the Jets Rewards program will continue to operate with some changes. Please note the following:
- All gameday and non-gameday experiences have been postponed.
- Any contests that included travel have been postponed.
- Memorabilia items may continue to be redeemed for but will not be made available for pick-up until a future date, to be confirmed. Full details will be communicated when your items are available to be picked up.
I have Jets Rewards points expiring on March 31, 2020. Will there be an extension for points expiring at the end of the month?
Yes. We are suspending point expiration for Jets Rewards points set to expire at the end of March. A new expiry date will be communicated once the rescheduling of games has been confirmed.
I entered points for Trip Contests (I.e. Arizona - April 4, and Montreal - June 26 - 27, 2020 NHL Entry draft in Montreal). What is the status of these two Jets Rewards contests?
In keeping with the NHL's decision to pause the 2019-20 season, all Jets Rewards contests involving travel have been suspended until further notice. Updates will be provided as they become available.
I have a Jets Rewards redemption to pick up. What are my pick-up options?
The Bell MTS Place Box Office is currently closed until further notice due to concerns over COVID-19. At this time there is no timeline for the reopening of the Bell MTS Place Box office, nor a timeline for when Jets Rewards items would be available for pick-up.
