MILAN LUCIC ON THE DIFFERENCE IN THE GAME:

ON THE PRE-GAME CEREMONY:

"It was nice. Family was very excited to be back at the rink. I know the kids ask me all the time if they can come to a game or come to a practice, so they were thrilled to be here tonight. It was cool to share that moment with them, and I guess that was the only positive out of tonight."

ELIAS LINDHOLM ON THE POWERPLAY:

"We looked slow, disconnected and weren't moving the puck good enough. They were good putting pressure on, but that's a key moment in the game and obviously we let the team down, so it's very disappointing."

ON WHY THE SENS ARE A TOUGH MATCH:

"They're a good team. I don't know why everyone thinks you can just put on the skates and win against some teams in this league, but they're working hard and have a lot of skill and have a lot of young players. Obviously, all these games, they've been better than us and deserve to win. For us, chasing the playoffs, just makes it harder on ourselves. It's just not good enough."

DARRYL SUTTER ON HOW THE GAME PLAYED OUT:

"I think their defence was a lot quicker than ours. I thought our defence played a really slow game."
