CALGARY -The Calgary Flames announced today that they have assigned forward Dillon Dube to the Stockton Heat of the American Hockey League. Stockton has also signed forward D'Artagnan Joly to an ATO.
Dube, a native of Cochrane, Alberta, was drafted by the Flames in the second round, 56th overall, of the 2016 NHL Draft. The 19-year-old had career-highs in goals with 38, assists with 46, and points with 84 for the Kelowna Rockets this season. Dube also captained the 2018 Canadian World Junior team this past December and January where he had two goals and two assists for four points in six games and took home a gold medal. Dube appeared in one playoff game last season for the Heat.

Joly, a native of Gatineau, QC, was drafted by the Flames in the sixth round, 171st overall in the 2017 NHL Draft. The 18-year-old had his best junior season of his career with career-highs in goals with 23, assists with 45, and points with 68 in 55 games. Joly finished the season second on the Baie-Comeau Drakkar of the QMJHL in scoring with his 68 points and led the team in assists.
