FACING THE CANADIENS
This is the second and final regular-season matchup between Calgary and Montreal. The Habs won 5-1 on Jan. 24 after the road team won each of the meetings between the clubs in 2015-16 season. The Flames have a 16-11-1-0 record versus the Eastern Conference this season and they are 10-4-0-0 against the Atlantic Division.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS VS. THE CANADIENS
- Brian Elliott set his career-highs for saves (46) and shots faced (49) in a single game for St. Louis in their 4-3 overtime win versus Montreal on Jan. 16, 2016.
- Flames centre Matt Stajan skated in his 700th NHL regular season game on Feb. 4, 2014 at Montreal.
HOLDING STRONG
Sunday's victory over the Islanders was the 26th consecutive time that the Flames have earned a win when holding a lead after two periods. Six of those 26 wins have come during this nine-game point streak and Calgary has also surrendered the first goal in seven of those nine games. Calgary's only loss this season when leading after 40 minutes came on Oct. 15 when they still earned a point in a shootout loss.
MOOSE IS LOOSE
A big part of Calgary's recent run has been the play of goaltender Brian Elliott. The 31-year-old netminder has been in tremendous form with a record of 10-1-1 in his last dozen starts. Elliott has put together a .927 save percentage and 2.16 goals-against average during this twelve-game span.
