GLENDALE --Antti Raanta stopped 30 of 32 shots in his latest return to Arizona's net on Saturday night in a 3-1 loss to the Minnesota Wild at Gila River Arena.
Raanta missed six consecutive games prior to Saturday because of a lower-body injury. His first season with the Coyotes has featured multiple injuries that have limited him to just 40 of Arizona's 71 games.

"I think everybody wants to be healthy all the time," Raanta said. "When you have some minor injuries all the time, it kind of slows you down a little bit and it can be tougher, mental side. But I just try to think positive and try to work as hard as I can so hopefully there is no more injuries or anything else."
Minnesota's Nino Niederreiter scored a power-play goal on the Wild's second shot of the game. After that, Raanta did not allow another goal until Marcus Foligno beat him with a shot from the right circle at 10:51 of the third period.
Raanta, who hadn't played in two weeks, said he didn't feel much rust in his game.
"I felt pretty good," Raanta said. "I think when the game went on I was reading the plays a little better. We've been skating almost the whole time so I haven't really been off the ice, so that helped a lot."
The Coyotes have 11 games left on the schedule and Raanta is hoping to tend net in most of them. With 15 victories, he needs two more to set a career-high for wins in a season.
"There's still lots of games left so hopefully we can get a few wins and end on a high note," Raanta said.

Clayton Keller scored Arizona's lone goal on a breakaway at 4:03 of the second period. The goal was Keller's 20th of the season, and it moved him into a tie with Anthony Duclair for second place for most goals in a season by a Coyotes rookie. Peter Mueller scored 22 as freshman in 2007-08.
"He's a 19-year-old and we've put a lot of responsibility on him," Head Coach Rick Tocchet said. "(Scoring 20 goals) is a great accomplishment for a young kid like that. I'm proud of him ... He wants the puck. He wants to be on the ice. I'm not surprised he's scored 20."
Keller also tied Max Domi for the second most points (52) by a Coyotes rookie in a season; Mueller produced 54 in 2007-08.

• Tocchet didn't like the way the Coyotes failed to get bodies in front of Minnesota's net throughout the game.
"We're getting shots, but we don't have anyone in front of the net," Tocchet said. "To win in this league, you've got to get to the net. As much as we played well, I just thought our net-front presence wasn't there tonight ... You're going to go through stretches. Sometimes you're not going to score. But every game you have to get people to the net and I thought there were several opportunities when we were off to the side."

Jakob Chychrun shouldered the blame for misplaying the puck deep in Arizona's zone just before Minnesota's second goal.
"That second goal, I wish I had back," Chychrun said. "I just need to eat it or move my feet behind the net. It's just frustrating. We played well all game and then those little mistakes end up in the back of your net. It's just frustrating to lose that way. You've got to learn from it and move forward."

Zac Rinaldo returned to the lineup after missing eight games because of an upper-body injury. Rinaldo skated 9:57 and delivered one hit.
Oliver Ekman-Larsson led the Coyotes in ice time (25:25), and co-led the team in shots on goal (four) and hits (three).
