MONTREAL – Juraj Slafkovsky scored at the Winter Olympics once again, but it wasn’t enough for Slovakia to overcome the United States in Friday’s second semifinal.
The Americans dictated the pace for much of the game, outshooting the Slovaks 39-24 en route to a 6-2 win.
Slafkovsky registered 17:01 of ice time and two shots on goal in the contest, getting his side on the board in the final frame.
