Mobile tickets

Mobile tickets, available only through the Canadiens app, are growing increasingly popular. Even better, they are environmentally- and user-friendly. The "Tickets" button on the Canadiens app includes ticket transfer functionality. This makes it easier for you to transfer tickets to your customers, friends, and family, and keep track of them throughout the season.

Mobile tickets offer more flexibility than printed tickets, so go mobile!

To view your ticket via the app, please follow these procedures :

  • Step 1: Open the official Montreal Canadiens App. Make sure you have the most updated version. You can download it on the App Store or on Google Play.
  • Step 2: Open the main menu and click on Tickets. Login using your Club 1909 account (name@email.com) and password or simply register.
  • Step 3: Select the game for which you want to display the ticket.
  • Step 4: Present your mobile ticket at the Bell Centre.

FAQ

No, mobile tickets cannot be printed. Printable PDFs will not be issued this season.

Your mobile tickets are available within the Montreal Canadiens' official app and can be scanned from your smartphone at the Bell Centre.

Yes! Wi-Fi is free and accessible from all Bell Centre entrances on the "Centre Bell" network.

Mobile tickets are easy to transfer (i) through your client portal or (ii) through the Canadiens App. Once you have transferred your tickets, your guest can access it via the Canadiens App to either (i) present for scanning at the Bell Centre, or (ii) to transfer it to a third party.

STEP 1: Open the Canadiens App and select the desired game.

STEP 2: Click the "Transfer Tickets" button in the top right corner.

STEP 3: Enter your guest's email address in the space provided, select the seats to transfer and click the "Transfer" button in the bottom right corner.

STEP 4: Review your transfer and click the "Confirm" button.

 

Yes, you can cancel a ticket transfer as long as your guest has not yet opened the ticket via the Canadiens app. Simply press the "Cancel" button on the ticket to nullify the transfer. However, if your guest has accepted the ticket and opened it within the Canadiens app, it can no longer be cancelled. Your guest would need to transfer the ticket back to you using the "Transfer Tickets" button.

Yes, it is possible to transfer a ticket for several games at a time from the client portal only. It is however impossible to do this action via the Canadiens App.

Yes, there is no limit to how many times an individual ticket can be transferred. All transfers must be done through the Montreal Canadiens' app using the process above.

There is no cut-off time for transfers. Mobile tickets are transferrable even after a game is started, through the final buzzer. Please note that once a ticket has been scanned at the Bell Centre, it can no longer be transferred.

You can transfer a ticket for pick-up at the Bell Centre's Box Office under your guest's name from the client portal, as in previous years. Your guest may also contact our customer service by phone as indicated in the ticket transfer email.
