BOSTON - The NHL announced today, March 1, that goaltender Linus Ullmark has been named the NHL's Third Star of the Month for February.

Ullmark went 6-0-0 in February, earning a cumulative .947 save percentage and 1.79 goals against average over the course of the month. He made 26 saves against the Vancouver Canucks before scoring the first goal by a goaltender in team history on February 25. The 6-foot-5, 212-pound goaltender finished the month with another milestone, making a franchise-record 54 saves in a 4-3 overtime win against the Calgary Flames on February 28.
The Lugnvik, Sweden native currently leads the NHL in wins (31-4-1), goals against average (1.88) and save percentage (.938).
