5th Annual BFit Challenge Powered By National Grid To Be Virtual

The annual event will take place virtually as a week-long steps challenge

BOSTON - The Boston Bruins and the Boston Bruins Foundation announced today, January 12, the Fifth Annual BFit Challenge powered by National Grid will take place virtually the week of March 22-29, 2021. The event takes place each year to raise money to support first responder and military charities. Last year's event had 1,100 participants and raised $600,000 for charities.

Participants can take part individually or in teams of up to 10 members to walk, run or climb to achieve the maximum steps each day. The steps will be recorded on the Challenge Week App. individual steps can be combined with your team to show your team's step total per day and for the week. Prizes for Top Step Team and Top Step Individual for the week will be awarded.
The event is open to all community members, with prizes for Top Fundraising Individual and Top Fundraising Team by category (Law Enforcement/Military, Firefighter/EMS and Community/Family/Friend Divisions).
