Robert Thomas will not travel with the team for Tuesday's game against the Washington Capitals due to an upper-body injury.
Thomas, who recently missed two games with an illness, returned and played 21 minutes and 16 seconds in Saturday's game in Columbus.
But now the Blues will be without him again.

"We're getting him looked at," Blues Head Coach Craig Berube told reporters at Centene Community Ice Center
Berube said Vladimir Tarasenko will also miss his second consecutive game with an illness and wouldn't make the trip to face the Capitals.
"We've just got to make due with what we've got," Berube said of missing two key forwards. "Focus on going to (Washington), focus on playing a good game and see what happens."
