Dating back to the 2010-11 season, The Blackhawks are 27-8-2 over their last 37 games against the Blue Jackets.

RISING ROOKIES

On Saturday, Wyatt Kalynuk became the sixth Blackhawk rookie overall this season to register their first career NHL tally and the fourth to do it against the Blue Jackets (Nicolas Beaudin, Ian Mitchell and Brandon Hagel).
Pius Suter shares second in the league among rookies this year (Kirill Kaprizov) with 11 markers and shares seventh among NHL rookies with 19 points. Philipp Kurashev shares eighth among rookie goal scoring leaders during the 2020-21 campaign. Hagel's nine helpers share eighth among first-year skaters.
