The 2019 IIHF World Junior Championship will be showcased on NHL Network in the U.S. beginning Dec. 26.
In its 11th consecutive year of televising the tournament, NHL Network will provide extensive coverage from B.C.
A handful of Blackhawks prospects were named to their home country's preliminary rosters last week, including 2018 first-round picks Adam Boqvist (Sweden) and Nicolas Beaudin (Canada). In addition, Evan Barratt was named to Team USA's preliminary roster, while Ian Mitchell (Canada), MacKenzie Entwistle (Canada), and Jakub Galvas (Czech) were named to theirs.
