Guest Chef Takeovers Coming to Xcel Energy Center

SAINT PAUL, Minn.-- The Minnesota Wild, in partnership with Levy Restaurants, is adding a whole new twist to pre-game dining at Xcel Energy Center.
Twice per month during the remainder of the Wild season, prominent local restaurant chefs will "takeover" the menu and showcase their talents for a night at Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Club, a premium, full-service restaurant located on the RBC Wealth Management Club Level. A Chef's Table, another new addition, will be featured at every remaining home game.
"This is an exciting way for us to learn from other chefs, bring attention to our in-arena restaurant and provide an elevated fan experience," said Matthew Anderson, Director of Premium for Levy Restaurants.

The "Guest Chef Takeover" concept was introduced to rave reviews at the Wild game on Nov. 1. Acclaimed local chefs Stephan Hesse and Tyge Nelson, owners of
Pajarito
opening soon in Saint Paul, featured items like pork al pastor tacos with roasted pineapple and taco garnish; seabass ceviche with tomato, chilies, and lime; and lamb meatballs with molé negra, sesame and crema. Traditionally, the menu at Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Club has been regionally-inspired.
Available to seat up to six guests, the all-new Chef's Table will be available for every Wild home game and feature an exclusive menu prepared and designed by that evening's head chef.

Two Industry Leaders Join Xcel Energy Center Hospitality Team

In partnership with Levy Restaurants and Xcel Energy Center, the Minnesota Wild is proud to announce the addition of two industry leaders to its culinary team.
Matthew Anderson has been named Director of Premium for Levy Restaurants at Xcel Energy Center. He will oversee the development and execution of all premium hospitality including The Reserve on the Bremer Bank Suite Level, Audi quattro Club on event level, and the Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Club and Bud Light Top Shelf Lounge located on the RBC Wealth Management Club Level.
Anderson honed his talents as managing partner of La Belle Vie, a celebrated and nationally-respected local institution alongside his friend Tim McKee, Minnesota's first James Beard Award recipient. He most recently served as Director of Premium at US Bank Stadium.
Ryan Caulfield has been named Director of Culinary Concessions for Levy Restaurants at Xcel Energy Center. He will direct operations and performance of all food and beverage offerings at concession areas throughout Xcel Energy Center.
A Saint Paul native who graduated from Cretin-Derham Hall and Saint Paul College, Caulfield most recently was Director of Operations for Cossetta's, overseeing the successful expansion of the downtown landmark. His culinary career originated in the kitchen at the popular Highland Grill, owned by Blue Plate Company. Caulfield was later recruited to serve as Chef at Palomino in Minneapolis and Kincaid's in Saint Paul.
