Blue Ox

For a third-straight year, the Minnesota Blue Ox will host its annual Minnesota Wild night at Coon Rapids Ice Arena. This season's event will take place Sept. 28 when the Blue Ox takes on the Minnesota Mullets at 7 p.m.
Wild forward Ryan Donato and defenseman Brad Hunt will be on hand to sign autographs, and the night also includes Wild jersey and ticket giveaways and a visit from mascot Nordy.

The first several hundred fans through the gates will receive a Wild beach towel.
The Minnesota Blue Ox are part of the United States Premier Hockey League and are owned by Wild coach Bruce Boudreau and his wife, Crystal. Their son, Brady, is an assistant coach for the team.
