Somehow everything's gonna fall right into place

• The Stars face the Nashville Predators for the second time this season on Wednesday night at American Airlines Center. The clubs last met on Nov. 11 in Dallas where the Stars fell 4-2.
• Defenseman Miro Heiskanen and forward Roope Hintz tallied goals in the loss, and goaltender Braden Holtby stopped 18 of 21 shots. The Stars went 1-for-3 on the power play and 1-for-1 on the penalty kill.
• Heiskanen has four points (two goals, two assists) in his past five games against Nashville.
• Hintz has 10 points (four goals, six assists) in his past seven games against the Predators and six points (two goals, four assists) in three consecutive games against them at home. In 14 career games, Hintz has tallied 13 points (five goals, eight assists), his highest total against any individual opponent.
• Overall, the Stars have collected points in eight of their past night games vs. Nashville with a 3-1-5 record over that span.
• The Stars have earned at least one point in the standings in four of their previous five home games against Nashville, posting a record of 2-1-2.
• Over that span, the Stars have gone 10-for-20 on the power play (50%) and 13-for-17 on the penalty kill (76.5%).
• Forward Joe Pavelski leads the Stars with 21 goals and 40 points in 55 games against the Predators and has points in five straight games at home (four goals, six assists).
• Captain Jamie Benn recorded an assist in the Stars' most recent game against Nashville and leads the club with 24 assists in 54 games. He ranks second on the club with 38 points (14 goals, 24 assists).
• Forward Jason Robertson tallied an assist the last time the Stars faced the Predators and now has four points (one goal, three assists) in three straight games against them at home. Robertson has six points (three goals, three assists) in nine career games against the Preds.
• Defenseman John Klingberg has tallied eight assists in his previous eight games against Nashville, contributing to a total of 22 assists/points in 33 games, the most assists he has against any individual opponent.
• In 11 games against the Predators, Holtby has posted a 3-6-1 record, 4.17 goals-against average and .860 save percentage.
• Goaltender Jake Oettinger has a 2.82 goals-against average and .850 save percentage in one career appearance against the Predators (overtime loss).

• With an assist against Calgary on Feb. 1, forward Tyler Seguin has posted four points (two goals, two assists) in his past two games.
• On Jan. 30 vs. Boston, Seguin posted three points, lighting the lamp twice and adding an assist for his second three-point performance in his past eight games (five goals, five assists).
• Seguin ranks fourth on the Stars with 14 goals and shares fifth with 23 points.
• He ranks tied for fourth on the team with eight goals scored at home.
• Seguin is also just five goals away from reaching the 300-goal plateau in his NHL career.

With chances taken, hope embraced

• Robertson lit the lamp against Calgary on Feb. 1 giving him points in back-to-back games (one goal, one assist).
• Robertson has tallied points in six of his past seven games (four goals, five assists) and 14 of his past 16 (nine goals, 12 assists).
• The Arcadia, California native ranks second on the Stars with 41 points on the season. His 17 goals rank third on the club and match his career-high. He sits four shy of his career-high in points (45).
• Six of his 17 goals have come on the power play, second-highest on Dallas. He shares the team lead and sixth in the NHL with five game-winning goals.
• Robertson has recorded multiple points in 11 games this season, sharing the team lead.

Mask Policy:In accordance with the Dallas County mask order, masks will be required upon entry to American Airlines Center. It is not required to submit a health screening in advance. Health and safety protocols could change at any point based on NHL, federal, state or local guidance.
Bag Policy:Wristlet, clutch or wallet 4.5x6.5 allowed at all entrances. Purses no larger than 14x14x6 will be allowed at designated X-ray entry points. No backpack or large totes allowed. Remote Bag Check at Silver Garage will be available for fans who need to check bags that are too large.
Re-Entry Policy: Re-entry is not allowed at any event at the American Airlines Center. For certain situations such as medical needs, re-entry can be approved by the Guest Services Supervisor at the door.
Smoking Policy: Guests can smoke at JD Patio and ULTRA Club Patio. No smoking areas will be located on Platinum level. All guests must be re-screened prior to entry back into the building.
Cashless Transactions: Be sure to bring your debit/credit card to AAC for cashless transactions. No cash will be accepted.
