Who is eligible to participate in the Buy Back Program?

The Buy Back Program is available to Sharks365 members during the indicated opt-in period.

How many games can I sell back to the team as part of the Buy Back Program?

All eligible Sharks365 Members who opt into the Buy Back Program as part of their membership renewal can return season tickets on account for up to three (3) 2025-26 regular season home games.

Where can I view my variable member rate for the games I’m returning?

Your variable member rate for all 2025-26 regular season home games can be found by:

• Logging into Account Manager
• Selecting “Invoice” on the dashboard
• Selecting “2025-26 Invoice”
• Clicking “Print” in the top right corner of the page

What tickets can be returned as part of the Buy Back Program?

Tickets that are part of your original Sharks365 membership package and that are still on account for any of the following games can be returned as part of the Buy Back Program:

• February 26 – Flames
• February 28 – Oilers
• March 1 – Jets
• March 3 – Canadiens
• March 6 – Blues
• March 7 – Islanders
• March 19 – Sabres
• March 21 – Flyers
• March 30 – Blues
• April 1 – Ducks
• April 2 – Maple Leafs
• April 4 – Predators
• April 6 – Blackhawks
• April 8 – Oilers
• April 11 - Canucks

What can my Buy Back Program credit be used for?

All Buy Back Program credit must be applied to the balance due for your 2026-27 Sharks365 membership.

When will my Buy Back Program credit be applied to my 2026-27 Sharks365 membership invoice?

Sharks365 Members who pay in full for their 2026-27 membership will see the credit reflected on their balance as of March 1, 2026, whereas Sharks365 members participating in our interest-free 12-month payment plan will see the credit applied to the balance due ahead of the July 1, 2026 payment plan installment.

In addition to the Buy Back Program credit, I have other account credit on file – can that also be applied to my 2026-27 Sharks365 membership?

Only Buy Back Program credit is eligible to be applied to 2026-27 memberships. All other account credit will expire at the end of the 2025-26 regular season. For information on how to apply your existing account credit, please visit the Ticket Exchange.

Can I get a refund for the games I’m returning instead of rolling over the Buy Back Program credit?

Buy Back Program credit can only be applied to the cost of your 2026-27 Sharks365 membership and is not eligible for refund or to be used on other products.
