SAP Center Wifi

We are pleased to announce that the all-new Cisco Connected Stadium Wi-Fi is officially up and running. With twice the number of access portals as the previous system, this system was designed with a fan-first mentality. When you join us at SAP Center, you can access the new system by selecting "SAP Center Guest." Below you will find instructions for finding the network and logging on. Once you log in, you should automatically be logged in for all future trips to SAP Center.

With any new Wi-Fi deployment there will be necessary adjustments over time to optimize the performance of the system. Our goal is to make this the best performing system for the SAP Center. We ask that you help us in achieving this goal by using the system and providing any feedback that you may have. To provide feedback please fill out the form below.

Accessing SAP Center Wifi

Step 1: Within the setting section of your mobile device, select Wi-Fi. There will be a list of available networks. Select "SAP Center Guest."

Step 2: Upon selection "SAP Center Guest" you will be redirected to the Wi-Fi onboarding page. Hit the "Click To Connect" button at the bottom of the page.

Step 3: If it is the first time you are connecting to "SAP Center Guest," then you will be directed to input your email address to log on. Upon inputting your email address, select "Accept Terms & Continue." You will then be connected to the internet and re-directed to a Sharks web page. NOTE: After logging into the wi-fi the first time on the same device, you will be connected to the internet after step 2 on subsequent visits.
