Since 2019, Launch Test Kitchen (LTK) has been a destination for guests seeking variety and "outside the box" cuisines that are locally authentic to the Bay Area while visiting SAP Center.

LTK's vision is and has always been to connect SAP Center guests with food and beverage options that are both unique and familiar, while ensuring there is something for everyone. LTK offerings are sourced exclusively from the Bay Area’s amazing food scene and have ranged from Vietnamese to Jamaican and virtually everything in between.

In addition to providing a remarkable food experience, LTK also has a great track record of successfully launching small businesses into larger ventures including operating their own concession stand at SAP Center for Sharks games and other events.
