Since its inauguration in 2019, Launch Test Kitchen at SAP Center has been a destination for guests seeking local cuisines from the Bay Area. With food options ranging anywhere from Vietnamese to Jamaican, this program has a core focus on sourcing the Bay Area’s amazing food variety.

Our vision is to connect SAP Center guests with food and beverage options that are both unique and familiar, where there is something for everyone.

Aramark and the San Jose Sharks value their relationship with the local community as a small business advocates. By partnering with local food truck and family-owned restaurants, we search for the best of the best in addition to finding the Bay Area’s hidden gems.

The Launch Test Kitchen has a great track record of successfully launching small businesses into larger ventures including operating their own concessions stand at SAP Center for Sharks games and other events.

If you are interested in participating in our program, please complete the following Formstack to be considered. All businesses must be a small business food truck or restaurant in San Jose/Bay Area and have a well known signature dish. We love variety and “outside the box” cuisines that are locally authentic.
