2020-21 Digital Ticketing Guide

All tickets for events at SAP Center are digital and available to guests through their mobile devices. Tickets purchased through SAP Center, the San Jose Sharks and/or the San Jose Barracuda will be available through the Sharks + SAP Center or Ticketmaster mobile apps or via mobile web. In order to provide a contactless experience for all guests, there will no longer be physical tickets.

Multi Game & Parking Pass Transfers

Multi game transfers can be completed within desktop and mobile versions of Account Manager only. This functionality is not currently available within the Sharks + SAP Center Mobile App. 

  • Step 1: Log in with email address and password to view your tickets
  • Step 2: Click "Tickets"
  • Step 3: Click the icon to the left of the "Find an event" search bar
  • Step 4: Select the game dates for which you wish to transfer tickets
  • Step 5: Click "Transfer Tickets"
  • Step 6: Select the seat(s) you wish you transfer
  • Step 7: Click "Transfer Tickets"
  • Input all Recipient Details as directed, including First Name, Last Name, Email, and a personal message.
  • Step 8: Click "TRANSFER TICKETS"
  • Step 9: Verify Confirmation Details and click "DONE"

 

Single Game Transfers

Single game transfers can be completed within the Sharks + SAP Center Mobile App and the desktop and mobile versions of Account Manager.

  • Step 1: Log in with email address and password to view your tickets
  • Step 2: Click "Tickets"
  • Step 3: Click the game date for which you will be transferring tickets
  • Step 4: Click "SEND"
  • Step 5: Select the seat(s) you wish to transfer
  • Step 6: Click "SEND"
  • Step 7: Input all Recipient Details as directed, including First Name, Last Name, Email, and a personal message.
  • Step 8: Click "SEND"
  • Step 9: Verify Confirmation Details and click "DONE"
  • Step 1: Log in with email address and password to view your tickets
  • Step 2: Select the game date for which you will be transferring tickets
  • Step 3: Select "Send"
  • Step 4: Select the seat(s) you wish to transfer
  • Step 5: Select "SEND TO"
  • Step 6: Choose to send to one of your contacts or manually enter a new recipient
  • Step 7: If you choose to send to a new recipient, you will be prompted to innput all Recipient Details including First Name, Last Name, Email or Mobile Phone Number, and a personal message.
  • Step 8: Click "SEND"

Posting Tickets for Sale

Resale transactions can be completed within the Sharks + SAP Center Mobile App and the desktop and mobile versions of Account Manager.

  • Step 1: Log in with email address and password to view your tickets
  • Step 2: Click "Tickets"
  • Step 3: Click the game date for which you will be reselling your tickets
  • Step 4: Click "SELL"
  • Step 5: Select the seat(s) you wish to sell
  • Step 6: Click "CONTINUE"
  • Step 7: Input your earning price
  • Step 8: Click "CONTINUE"
  • Step 9: Select "Check by Mail" or "Seller Credit" as your preferred method to receive funds
  • Step 10: Click "UPDATE" to update your Seller Profile
  • Step 11: Update or edit your profile information if necessary
  • Step 12: Click "CONTINUE"
  • Step 13: Click "CONFIRM"
  • Step 1: Log in with email address and password to view your tickets
  • Step 2: Select the game date for which you will be reselling your tickets
  • Step 3: Select "SELL"
  • Step 4: Select the seat(s) you wish to sell
  • Step 5: Select "SET PRICE"
  • Step 6: Input the selling price for your tickets
  • Step 7: Select "PAYOUT METHOD"
  • Step 8: Choose your preferred payment method to receive funds
  • Step 9: Select "CONFIRM"
  • Step 10: Select "Sell Tickets"
