Shark Life: From the Mask to the Skin

by Casey Krygier / sjsharks.com

Recently Aaron Dell got a new tattoo- during the holiday break on Christmas Eve to be exact. What new ink did he get you ask? Just take took at his goalie masks and you might be able to guess.

"I've had scarecrows on all my masks since college, so I figured it was time to get one on my body". Aaron Dell's inspiration for the scarecrow comes from the fictional supervillian in Batman.

This is Dell's seventh tattoo so he wasn't phased by the pain. "This one actually didn't hurt too much. Just a little by my armpit and upper forearm." Despite the size of the piece done by local artist Jessie Heart, Aaron Dell noted it only took and hour and forty minutes.
