OTTAWA - The Ottawa Senators (@Senators) announced today that the team has added three members to its scouting staff, under the direction of chief amateur scout Trent Mann. The team welcomes Kyle Flanagan (amateur - Ontario, Quebec, NCAA), Petr Havluj (European) and Christian De Blois (Quebec) as part of the scouting team for the 2018-19 season.

Flanagan has been part of the Senators organization as a player, spending parts of the last three seasons in the AHL with both Belleville and Binghamton. After injuries led to the conclusion of his on-ice career last season, the Canton, N.Y., native began his transition into a scouting position.
Havluj joins the Senators as a European scout, based in the Czech Republic. The native of Kladno has experience as a player, having played for HC Letnany of the Czech third division in 2017-18.
Christian De Blois joins the Senators as an amateur scout based in Quebec. He has experience as a scout for the QMJHL's Shawinigan Cataractes and the Saint John Sea Dogs.
