How We Use Your Personal Information
We use the personal information we collect to provide Services that you may use or request from us, including by way of example only, processing any purchases of season seat or other ticket products that you may request, sending you marketing communications that you may sign up for such as our SENS INSIDER or CANADIAN TIRE CENTRE INSIDER e-newsletters, administering contests or promotions that you may enter; or notifying you about updates or changes to any of our Services.
We also use the personal information what we collect to advertise and market our Services more effectively, including by way of example, customizing the content that you may receive based on your location, interests, and past purchasing and viewing history.
If you have given us your express consent, we may also use your personal information to send you offers from our corporate advertising partners and other business partners. Similarly when you purchase tickets, you provide implied consent to our processing your purchase and including you in any direct marketing activity we undertake concerning the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club or Canadian Tire Centre news and events, unless you specifically advise otherwise. If you advise us that you no longer wish to receive information about these matters, we will not send you any further material.
You can withdraw your consent for the use or disclosure of your personal information at any time (see the section entitled 'Updating Your Information' below), subject to legal restrictions and upon reasonable notice to us. However, not allowing us to use or disclose this information about you may mean that we may not be able to provide you with certain products and services.
