Perhaps it got lost in all the fanfare of Nashville's 7-1 victory over Vancouver on Wednesday night - or maybe you just simply missed it because it occurred at roughly 11:30 p.m. CT - but the pass Filip Forsberg made to Calle Jarnkrok for the seventh tally of the night?
It's just not even fair.
The amount of skill necessary to execute what Forsberg accomplished at 12:37 of the third period is otherworldly, something only a handful of the best hockey players would even think to try, let alone be able to pull off as seamlessly as he did.

First, take another moment - or three - to familiarize yourself and watch in awe and bewilderment.

In a tight space, and in one motion, Forsberg flips his hands so that he makes the pass on what would be his backhand if he were a lefthanded shot. Except he shoots right. Ridiculous.
We see Forsberg's skill on display nightly, but has he ever done something like that before?
"I was just trying to make the best play and just turning my stick over at that time was the best play," Forsberg said. "I've been trying to make that pass a lot of times, and I was pretty fortunate."
Don't let the humbleness fool you - Forsberg's 16th assist of the season might just be the best of his already stellar career - and while he may not be able to replicate it with regularity, it's only a matter of time before he wows us all once more.

"Not everybody can pull that off," Head Coach Peter Laviolette said of Forsberg. "I mean, a few nights ago, he tried to flip the puck over somebody's head and pick it up on the other side; a lot of people don't think about that. he's just playing with a lot of confidence right now."
Is he ever.
