CENTRAL BATTLE
The Jets begin a stretch of four straight against Central Division opponents tonight in St. Paul against the Minnesota Wild. Right now, first place Dallas (25 pts) and sixth place (Minnesota 18 pts) are separated by seven points. Needless to say, the divisional games over the next week will be huge for Winnipeg and they have already won five of the previous six Central Division battles. Minnesota and Winnipeg games tend to be hard hitting, emotional affairs and don't expect anything different from the two at Xcel Energy Center this evening.

MO FROM MORRISSEY
Josh Morrissey is coming off his first career multi-goal game and one of those goals the overtime winner against the Hurricanes. Morrissey has at least a point in seven of his last eight games and is almost halfway to his career high of 37 points with 18 this season. Morrissey and defence partner Neal Pionk have been playing big minutes lately, Morrissey has been over 24 minutes in the last five games.
FOURTH LINE
Winnipeg's fourth line chipped in with another goal on Monday with Mikey Eyssimont tapping in first NHL marker against Carolina. Eyssimont, David Gustafsson and Jansen Harkins were very effective against a hard forechecking Hurricanes squad, generating five scoring chances on the night. Gustafsson said he felt that was one his line's best games since opening night on home ice against the New York Rangers.
