Comrie's only previous start this season was Dec. 7, when he allowed five goals in a 6-4 loss at the Florida Panthers. He also started one game last season. The Jets will be without defenseman Jacob Trouba, who sustained a concussion during the third period of a 3-2 win against the Dallas Stars on Sunday.
The Kings, who won 4-3 in overtime at Minnesota on Monday, could be without forward Trevor Lewis. He sustained an upper-body injury in the game against the Wild.
