The Coyotes will complete a home-and-home series with Columbus on Monday night when they take on the Blue Jackets at Nationwide Arena. The puck drops at 5 p.m. Arizona time.
Arizona (8-11-4) will be looking to snap a three-game winless streak (0-1-2) that includes a 3-2 shootout loss to the Blue Jackets at Gila River Arena on Saturday.

Mike Smith, who stopped a career-best 58 shots in the first game of this series, will take the night off. He will likely be back in net for Tuesday's game at Chicago. Against Columbus, the Coyotes will turn to backup goalie Louis Domingue, who last started a game on Nov. 17.

Forward Radim Vrbata will enter the game with a five-game point streak and leading the team with eight goals and 17 points.
Shane Doan's next point will be a significant one. The 40-year-old captain is one goal shy of 400 for his NHL career and one assist away from taking sole possession of first place on the team's all-time assists list. Doan has 553 assists ans is tied with Thomas Steen.
The Coyotes on Sunday assigned forward Laurent Dauphin and defenseman Tony DeAngelo to the American Hockey League, and recalled forward Brendan Perlini, who is co-leading the AHL with 11 goals in his first pro season. Perlini will make his NHL debut on Monday.
"It's unbelievable," Perlini said. "It's tough to describe what I'm feeling. When I got the call yesterday, I thought about everything, everyone who's helped me get to this point in my life. It's surreal. But in the same sense, I'm excited to play tonight and looking forward to it."
Perlini arrived in Columbus around 1 a.m. on Monday, but he doesn't expect to be tired in the game.
"I'm playing in the NHL so I'll have endless energy," he said with a smile. "It's unbelievable. It's tough to describe the feeling."

Columbus (14-5-4) will be looking to extend its winning streak to four games and to notch the 500th victory in franchise history.
The Blue Jackets set a team record with 60 shots on goal on Saturday and have out-shot opponents in eight straight games (309-200).
Sergei Bobrovsky, who did not play vs. Arizona on Saturday, is expected to start in goal. He is 11-2-1 with a 1.96 goals-against average, a .930 save percentage and two shutouts in his past 14 games.
Four players have notched at least 20 points and eight players have produced 10 or more points. Captain Nick Foligno and forwards Cam Atkinson and Alexander Wennberg co-lead the team with 21.
Columbus has scored the first goal of the game in 17 of their 23 games and has posted a 12-2-3 record in those contests.
The Blue Jackets are leading the NHL in power-play success at 23.8 percent overall and at 33.3 percent at home.
