That ended a three-game stint with Arizona and was the last game Dauphin played for the Coyotes until they called him up again in April, when he played five more games in the NHL.
A 6-foot-1, 180-pound center, Dauphin spent most of the season with Springfield of the American Hockey League, scoring 11 goals and 24 points in 66 games. He enjoyed a four-game goal streak March 12-19, 2016, which came in the midst of a six-game point streak from March 5-19, 2016, during which Dauphin had four goals and eight points.
The Coyotes selected Dauphin in the second round (No. 39) of the 2013 NHL Draft. He made his professional debut with Portland of the AHL on April 11, 2015, and scored his first goal as a pro against Providence a week later. Dauphin also appeared in five Calder Cup games for Portland, getting two assists.
