Colorado Avalanche forward Gabriel Landeskog will return against the Montreal Canadiens after missing 10 games because of a lower-body injury. "I'm excited to be back and I feel good," Landeskog said after an optional morning skate at Bell Centre. "This is one of the best buildings in the League, especially on a Saturday night, so it will be fun. But put all that aside, we came here to get two points and that's what we're going to try to do." Right wing Jarome Iginla will play his 1,500th game. "That's a lot of sticks taped and a lot of skates tied, so it's really hard to wrap your head around really how many games he's got," Landeskog said. "I don't even know how many guys we've got with 500 games in this team. I'm sure we've got a handful but that's about it, and then to triple that, that's a lot of morning skates, a lot of practices, so good for [Iginla]." Defenseman Francois Beauchemin ranks second on the Avalanche with 780 games. "That's pretty impressive," Beauchemin said of Iginla's milestone. "There's a little bit of luck, obviously, with injuries and whatnot, but that's a great accomplishment. Just the way he plays the game, too; he plays hard, so that's a great number."
