OFFICIAL RULES
Seattle Hockey Partners LLC (“SHP”) invites fans to participate in its Ultimate Alaska Adventure
Giveaway (the “Promotion”). The Promotion is sponsored by SHP, located at 10601 5th Ave NE, Seattle,
WA 98125, and powered by Wit Labs, Inc. (“Wit”). For the avoidance of doubt, Wit administers and
provides the platform for the Promotion, but is not the sponsor for the Promotion.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. ANY PURCHASE OR
PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THE
PROMOTION IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS
AND REGULATIONS, AND IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
By entering and/or participating in the Promotion, each participant (“Participant” or “you”) hereby agrees
to be bound by these Official Rules (these “Rules”). For purposes of the Promotion and these Rules, the
following terms are defined as follows:
One (1) Ultimate Alaska Adventure prize pack for Winner and one (1) guest,
including:
Two (2) round-trip flight vouchers on Alaska Airlines (total estimated
retail value $2,000);
Two (2) nights stay at Hotel Captain Cook in Anchorage, AK (total
estimated retail value $800); and
One (1) day excursion to Brooks Falls (total estimated retail value
$3,000).
Beginning on July 9, 2026, 12:00am PT and ending on July 24, 2026, 11:59pm
PT.

WHEN IS THIS HAPPENING?
The Promotion will occur during the Promo Period. Any entry submitted before or after the Promo Period
is void. Wit’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for the Promotion.
ELIGIBILITY
By participating in the Promotion and/or claiming a Prize should you be selected as a Winner, you certify
that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and a legal resident of the United States, excluding Puerto Rico,
Guam, and all other U.S. territories and possessions, and agree, and agree to these Rules, SHP’s Terms of
Use and Privacy Policy, and Wit’s Terms of Use; and in the event of any conflict among the foregoing
terms, the SHP Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shall take precedence. Your eligibility for the Promotion
is contingent upon these certifications. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win; void where

0924prohibited. The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win the Promotion: Employees, directors,
officers, and agents of SHP or Seattle Arena Company, LLC (“SAC”) and each of their respective parent
companies, divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, partners and
suppliers involved in the Promotion, as well as the members of each of their immediate families (spouse,
parents, children, siblings, and in-laws) and persons residing in the same household as such individuals.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, complete and submit the required online entry form for the Promotion that can be found on the
Promotion Landing Page (each, an “Entry” and collectively “Entries”). Participants must provide all
requested information to enter; incomplete or inaccurate entries will not be eligible to win. Entry
materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script,
macro or use of automated devices are void. Limit one (1) Entry per individual.
PRIZE
After the Promo Period ends, Winner(s) will be randomly selected from among the eligible entries to win
and will be awarded the Prize. All potential Winners are subject to verification by SHP and Wit, whose
decisions are final. Each Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes related to the Promotion,
as well as any costs and expenses associated with the Prize. Winner may be required to submit their valid
social security number (if applicable) and/or other identification to SHP and may receive an IRS Form 1099
for any prize valued at $2,000 or greater. Limit one (1) Prize per Winner. The Prize must be used as a single
package and may not be redeemed or used in separate trips. Travel dates are subject to availability and must
be mutually agreed upon by Winner and Bristol Bay Native Corporation (“BBNC”). All excursion details
to be determined by BBNC. The Prize must be redeemed and all travel completed on or before August 1,
2027.
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winner may not substitute a cash award in lieu
of a Prize. SHP makes no warranty or guarantee regarding any Prize, express or implied, and each Prize is
awarded on an “as-is” basis. By participating in the Promotion and accepting any Prize, each Participant
agrees to abide by all applicable laws as well as all policies in force at SHP, SAC and/or Climate Pledge
Arena, as applicable. SHP reserves the right to substitute any Prize for a prize of equal or greater value if
the original Prize cannot be honored for any reason. SHP further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to
refuse to honor any Prize if too few entries are received or if the Participant or their designee claiming it is
unruly, disruptive, uncooperative, fails to comply with any policies of SHP, SAC and/or Climate Pledge
Arena, or may or does cause damage to any person, property, or the reputation of SHP, SAC and/or Climate
Pledge Arena. The Prize and related details, including any additional restrictions, are at SHP’s sole
discretion.
Any Prize that is obtained in contravention of these Rules or applicable local, state or federal law will be
deemed void and will not be honored. Prizes may not be sold or transferred. SHP will determine in its sole
discretion whether any Prize has been improperly obtained, presented or transferred.
WINNER SELECTION
The potential Winner(s) will be notified via the e-mail provided in their Entry by no later than the Winner
Notification Date. Participants do not need to be present to win; however, the potential Winner must respond
to the notification from SHP or Wit in writing to accept and claim their Prize the Winner Response
Deadline. If SHP does not receive written confirmation that Winner accepts their Prize by the Winner
Response Deadline, such Winner forfeits any right to or claim on a Prize, and SHP may, at its discretion,
select another Winner in the same manner described above. By claiming or accepting any Prize, each
Winner certifies that they agree to the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules.
In the case of Prizes that include guests, the potential Winner understands and agrees that (A) Winner is
0924responsible and liable for the actions of any guest who partakes in a Prize and (B) each Winner and any
guest who participates in receiving a Prize in any way may be required by SHP to execute additional forms,
releases and/or waivers as a prior condition to participating in a Prize. No substitution or transfer of a Prize
is permitted except by SHP.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP
Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that, in the event the Promotion requires or permits submission
of any content by Participant, including but not limited to Participant’s photograph, artwork, text or other
content (“Content”), all such Content submitted by Participant shall be deemed a ‘work made for hire’, as
defined in the United States Copyright Act. Participant agrees that SHP shall be the exclusive owner of
such Content and all rights therein. SHP’s ownership includes without limitation the rights to: (i) exhibit,
broadcast, use, reproduce, distribute, perform and license others to use all or any part of the Content; (ii)
edit or modify the Content in any manner, or combine same with any other materials; and (iii) use and
license third parties to use the Content and/or any portion thereof in any manner of exploitation and, in the
case of (i), (ii) or (iii), in any digital, print or other medium whether now known or hereafter discovered,
worldwide and in perpetuity with no obligation of further consideration or of notice, review or approval.
REPRESENTATIONS; INDEMNIFICATION
Each and every Participant and/or Winner hereby represents and warrants that they have read these Rules,
are fully familiar with their contents, and agree to abide thereby. Each Winner shall be responsible and
liable for their actions and the actions of any guest who partakes in a Prize, including any third party to
whom a Prize is gifted, sold or transferred. Each Participant further agrees to indemnify, defend, discharge,
release, forever acquit and hold SHP, SAC, Wit, their affiliated entities (including third-party partners) and
their respective officers, employees, representatives, agents and contractors harmless against any and all
demands, claims, actions, or proceedings of any kind, and from any and all injuries, damages, liabilities,
costs, and expenses related to or arising out of their participation in the Promotion, any Prize awarded
(including resulting from the Winner and any guest’s participation or use thereof), or any breach or alleged
breach of any of the warranties, representations or agreements of Participants contained herein.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Participants agree to obey all applicable laws and regulations, including any local guidance or mandates
related to any pandemic at the time of the any event related to the Promotion or any Prize, and to be bound
by these Rules. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant fully and unconditionally release SHP,
SAC and Wit from (1) all claims for liability arising from or related to your participation in the Promotion
and (2) all claims related to a Participant’s acceptance, receipt, possession, loss and/or misuse of any Entry
or any Prize. SHP makes no representations regarding the effects, condition, safety or potential exposure
risks related to infectious and/or communicable diseases (including human coronaviruses).
In the event SHP is unable to continue the Promotion or to honor any Prize due to any event beyond its
control, including but not limited to technological errors, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic or
pandemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public
enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil unrest, terrorist threat or act, war (declared or undeclared),
or any local, state, or federal law, order, or regulation, then subject to any governmental approval that may
be required, SHP reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Promotion and these Rules.
DATA PRIVACY
Private or personally identifying information (“PII”) collected in connection with the Promotion may be
retained by SHP and SAC, sold, shared with business partners and/or affiliates, and/or used for marketing
purposes. By participating in the Promotion, you consent to SHP and SAC’s collection and use of your
personal information as described in our privacy policy available here:

permission to share your email address and any other PII with the other Promotion partners for the purpose
of administration and Prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available winners list. Winner, by
acceptance of a Prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for SHP, SAC and its designees
to use their name, address (city and state), photograph, voice, image and other likeness and Prize
information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media
(including digital media) now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or
review or approval.
DISPUTES
The Promotion and these Rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington.
As a condition of participating in the Promotion, Participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be
resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion, shall be
resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, by final and binding arbitration
administered by JAMS and conducted in Seattle, Washington before a sole arbitrator in accordance with
the rules of JAMS.
