Have the 2019-20 regular season games officially been cancelled?

Yes. The National Hockey League announced a plan for a 24-team return to play format for the resumption of 2019-20 hockey season.

What are my refund options?

Ticket holders for the remaining four (4) Winnipeg Jets home games have the option of keeping the credit on account (season seat holders only) or being issued as a refund. Ticket holders have received an email with their specific options. If you have tickets to any of the remaining four (4) Winnipeg Jets home Games and did not receive correspondence, please email [email protected] to connect with a Winnipeg Jets representative.

How will refunds be addressed for tickets purchased on a resale site?

If you have purchased tickets on Winnipeg Jets SeatExchange for any of the remaining four (4) Winnipeg Jets home games, an email has been sent to you with an update on your refund options. For tickets purchased through another resale site (e.g. Vivid Seats, StubHub, Fans First etc.) please contact the customer service departments of the appropriate marketplace for more information. If you have tickets to any of the remaining four (4) Winnipeg Jets home Games and did not receive correspondence, please email [email protected] to connect with a Winnipeg Jets representative.

If I forwarded/transferred my tickets to a recipient, will the credit or refund be sent to the recipient/holder of the game tickets, or the original purchaser (i.e. Season Seat Holder)?

All credits and refunds will be issued to the original purchaser of the ticket (I.e. Season Seat Holder).

I signed up for the 12-month payment plan for my 2019-20 season seat confirmation, will you be processing the final payment during the suspension of the NHL season?

The final 12-month payment plan payment for the 2019-20 season was not processed and thus no refund will be issued. If you sold tickets for any of the remaining four (4) Winnipeg Jets home games on the Winnipeg Jets SeatExchange and received a cheque for the sale, a balance for those proceeds may be outstanding on your account. Your Winnipeg Jets Account representative will contact you directly to reconcile your account.

What happens to existing 2020 Stanley Cup Playoff Reservations?

The National Hockey League announced a plan for a 24-team return to play format for the resumption of 2019-20 hockey season, therefore any 2020 Stanley Cup Playoff reservations will be cancelled. No payments have been processed.

Will you be sending out invoices for the Payment Plan selection for the 2020-21 regular season?

We will NOT be sending invoices for the 2020-21 NHL Season until a plan for the 2020-21 season has been determined. We will be adjusting timelines and will communicate with you once the details have been finalized. If you prefer to continue with your payments, please notify us be email at [email protected]. For those who prefer to continue with a monthly payment plan, Winnipeg Jets Hockey Club will NOT charge the 2.0% administrative fee added to each of the monthly payments until a plan for the 2020-21 season has been determined. Once the NHL communicates these plans, invoices for the 2020-21 regular season will be distributed and Season Seat Holders will be asked to confirm their payment intentions for the 2020-21 season. The 2.0% administrative fee will be reinstated for each remaining monthly payment.

Has the Winnipeg Jets Wait List early bird renewal been extended?

Yes. The early bird deadline for Wait List renewals has been extended indefinitely. A new deadline will be communicated to Wait List members at a later date.

Is the Jets Rewards Program still active?

Yes. At this time the Jets Rewards program will continue to operate with some changes. Please note the following:

Will there be an extension for Jets Rewards points that were set to expire?

Yes. Jets Rewards points set to expire have been suspended until further notice. A new expiry date will be communicated once confirmed.

I have a Jets Rewards redemption to pick up. What are my pick-up options?

The Bell MTS Place Box Office is currently closed until further notice due to concerns over COVID-19. At this time there is no timeline for the reopening of the Bell MTS Place Box office, nor a timeline for when Jets Rewards items will be available for pick-up.
