The New York Islanders losing streak hit seven games on Wednesday, after falling 4-1 to the New York Rangers at UBS Arena.
Andy Andreoff scored his first goal as a member of the Islanders, but it was not enough to overcome two-goal performances from Chris Kreider and Kevin Rooney.
The seven-game slide is the Islanders' longest losing streak (in regulation) since Oct. 23 - Nov. 4, 2010.
