EDMONTON -Feisty left winger Ryan Lomberg makes his NHL debut tonight against the Edmonton Oilers.
Just the thing to spice up the Battle of Alberta.
Summoned from Stockton on Wednesday, Lomberg will draw in on the Flames' fourth line in the team's final pre All-Star break fixture.
On the second of back-to-back nights, back-up goaltender David Rittich makes his seventh appearance of the season, spelling off workhorse No. 1 Mike Smith.
Rittich has put up stellar numbers - 4-1-1 with a 2.03 GAA and .932 save percentage - in limited duty.
