DUCKS OPEN SEASON TONIGHT: The Ducks open the 2019-20 regular season against the Arizona Coyotes tonight at Honda Center (7 p.m. PT, Prime Ticket, AM 830). The Ducks have an all-time record of 944-771-269, including a 531-326-131 mark at Honda Center. The Ducks are scheduled to play their 2,000th game in franchise history Nov. 3 vs. Chicago, and their 1,000th game at Honda Center Nov. 14 vs. San Jose.

OPENING NOTES: Tonight marks the sixth time in franchise the Ducks have opened their season at Honda Center (3-2-0). Anaheim has won its last two season openers, including last year's Oct. 3, 2018 win in San Jose. The Ducks will open their season against a Pacific Division opponent for the third consecutive season.
HOW THE DUCKS WERE BUILT:Anaheim's 2019-20 season-opening roster includes 13 forwards, seven defensemen and two goaltenders. The roster consists of 11 Canadians, six Americans, four from Sweden and one from Germany. Anaheim has 18 players on the roster under 30 years of age.

DUCKS-COYOTES CONNECTIONS:
2019 PRESEASON: The Ducks concluded the 2019 preseason with a 4-1-1 record, tied for second place in the Pacific Division with Calgary and Los Angeles. Only Nashville (11 GA) allowed fewer preseason goals than Anaheim (12 GA). The Ducks finished the preseason with 17 consecutive penalty kills, and ranked tied for fourth among NHL teams in PK% (92.3%). Jakob Silfverberg collected four points (3g/1a) to lead the Ducks in preseason scoring for the second consecutive year. Silfverberg also led the club in goals, while Ryan Getzlaf led in assists (3).
