Use Your Mobile Device as Your Ducks Ticket!

Ducks mobile ticketing provides fans the ability to use their mobile device as their ticket, providing access to Honda Center via a unique barcode that can be scanned from your device's screen. Not only do you have quick access to your tickets, but transferring and re-selling* your tickets from your phone is now easier than ever!
NOTE: You must have a My Ducks Account with Ticketmaster to use mobile ticketing. If you do not already have a My Ducks Account, click here to create one.

How to Access Your Account From Your Phone

1. Download the **Honda Center + Ducks mobile app** from either the App Store or Google Play Store (Photo 1)
2. Once downloaded, open the app and either tap the Tickets button on the Home screen (Photo 2a) or tap Tickets on the bottom navigation bar) (Photo 2)

4. When prompted login to your "My Ducks Account" with your email address and password associated with your account (Photo 4)
5. You will now see all of your upcoming events listed (Photo 5). If applicable, any parking pass(es) and Brewery X Biergarten pass(es) on your account will appear here separately from the event tickets.

How to View Your Tickets

  1. Access your account on your device
    2. Once logged in you will see all of your upcoming events listed (Photo 1)
    3. Click on the event you wish to access (Photo 1)
    4. Tickets to your selected events will now appear (Photo 2)
    5. To access the rest of your tickets to that selected event simply swipe to the left (Photo 2)
    6. To view the ticket barcode click "View Barcode" (Photo 2)
    7. Use the barcode to scan directly into the event (You can also add the ticket to your Apple Wallet on an iOS device by clicking "Add to Apple Wallet") (Photo 3)

How to Transfer Tickets

  1. Access your account on your device
    2. Once logged in you will see all of your upcoming events listed (Photo 1)
    3. Click on the event you wish to access (Photo 1)
    4. Tickets to your selected event will now appear (Photo 2)
    5. To transfer your tickets, click "Transfer" (Photo 2)
    6. Select which seats you would like to transfer by selecting the seats and then select "Transfer To" (Photo 3)

7. Select whether you would like to transfer the tickets to someone from your contact list ("Select From Contacts") or enter the recipient's information manually ("Manually Enter A Recipient") (Photo 4)
8. Once your Transfer Request has been sent, your ticket will be indicated as "Sent" in your My Ducks Account (Photo 5)
9. When your recipient accepts the tickets, the status will change to "Claimed" (Photo 6)

How to Accept Tickets

NOTE: You may be required to enable two-factor authentication and set a new password here.

1. Whether you receive the ticket via text or email, click on the link provided (Photo 1)
2. You will be directed to My Ducks Account. From there create a new account. (If you already have a My Ducks Account, sign in and skip to step 6) (Photo 2)
3. When creating a new account you will need to provide your: name, email, create a password, and your zip code, and click "Next" (Photo 3)

4. Next, provide your mobile number for two-factor authentication, and then click "Next" (Photo 4)
5. Enter the code that was texted to your mobile phone to confirm the completion of your account.
6. Your tickets are now accepted and loaded onto your My Ducks Account (Photo 5)
5. Click "View" to see the barcode to scan directly into the event (You can also add the ticket to your Apple Wallet on an iOS device by clicking "Add to Apple Wallet") (Photo 6)

How to Sell Tickets*

  1. Access your account on your device
    2. Once logged in you will see all of your upcoming events, and if applicable, parking pass(es) and Brewery X Biergarten pass(es) (Photo 1)
    3. Click on the event you wish to access (Photo 1)
    4. To sell your tickets, click "Sell" (Photo 2)
    5. Select which seats you would like to sell by selecting the seats and then select "Set Price" (Photo 3)
    6. Set the amount of money you would like to receive from the sale and click "Payout Method" (Photo 4)

7. Select "Payout Method" to choose between receiving "Seller Credit" (money back towards your Ducks account) or select a "Deposit Account" (money back to your personal checking or savings account). Review that all of the information is correct and select "Sell # Tickets" (Photo 5)
8. Your Tickets will view as "Posted for Resale" (Photo 6)
9. To make any adjustments to your sale price or payout method OR to cancel your posting, select the corresponding button and follow the instructions to confirm (Photo 6)

* Annual Club Seat Accounts may resell Ducks tickets. Resale of other Honda Center events is not available.

With the new Ticket Master Account update, the Ducks will no longer offer print from home PDF tickets due to the frequency of fraudulent PDF tickets and the ease of fraudulent ticket activity from that delivery option. Honda Center will no longer accept any form of print at home paper tickets for Ducks games or other Honda Center events.

All-Event Premium Suite Members will be sent authorized ticket stock in the mail and will have access to transfer digital tickets on their mobile device.

All single game tickets purchased from Ticketmaster or other authorized ticket retailers will only have access to their mobile ticket.

Customers who do not have access to a mobile device can receive a printed ticket through Will Call.

  • Fans who screenshot their Mobile QR code and print from home will not be allowed entry.
  • Fans who create their own PDF or purchase a PDF from an unauthorized secondary seller will need to contact the source they received their ticket from for further assistance.
