Josh Norris scored the game-winner at the 2:34 mark of OT to seal the deal for Ottawa. It was his second goal of the night.
McCann leads the Kraken with 22 goals this season, and he's tied with Jordan Eberle and Yanni Gourde atop the club's scoring list with 34 points.
Philipp Grubauer has handled the bulk of the goaltending duties for Dave Hakstol's squad this year, posting a 12-25-5 record in 43 appearances.
This is the second and final meeting of the season between Montreal and Seattle.
