Arber Xhekaj will undergo season-ending surgery next week in Denver

MONTREAL -- The Canadiens provided several medical updates following Saturday night's game against the Senators.

Forward Joel Armia won't travel to California. He's day to day with an upper respiratory infection.
Forward Kirby Dach won't travel to California. He'll be out indefinitely with a lower-body injury.
Defenseman Joel Edmundson will travel with the team to California. He's expected to be at practice on Monday in San Jose.
Defenseman Arber Xhekaj will undergo season-ending surgery on his right shoulder next week. The procedure will take place in Denver with Dr. Peter J. Millett.
