Wednesday’s practice falls on a travel day, with the Canadiens heading out on a two-game road trip with stops in Pittsburgh and Manhattan.

Forward Jake Evans missed the practice for personal reasons and will be joining the team in New York.

This is also the team's Mentors’ Trip, where each player gets to invite someone who played a part in their journey to accompany them for a few nights on the road. Many of the mentors were in the stands to take in the Habs’ practice.

The Canadiens face the Pittsburgh Penguins on Thursday night at 7:00 p.m. ET. On Saturday, they do battle with the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden, also at 7:00 p.m. ET, before returning to Montreal for their final homestand of 2025.
