marchy vancouver-Recovered

SEATTLE -The Bruins, who are kicking off a four-game road trip, are looking for some revenge on Thursday night at Climate Pledge Area as they take on the Kraken, who shutout the Bruins 3-0 back at TD Garden on January 13, handing the B's their first regulation loss at TD Garden. Here's everything you need to know ahead of the 10 p.m. ET puck drop on NESN and 98.5 The Sports Hub:

In Kraken Territory

The Kraken have had a successful season so far, checking in with a record of 32-19-6 and sitting third in the West. "They are a team that has good depth but also seems to be playing the right way and those teams are not easy to play against," said Patrice Bergeron. "I think we had a hard time last time getting it out of our zone, and got caught making some bad decisions."
The B's have had some time to settle in here in Seattle, flying in on Tuesday and practicing on Wednesday ahead of the Thursday night matchup. Nick Foligno took the January loss as a teaching moment, and finds excitment in playing a team that has gotten a rare victory over the B's on home ice.
"They gave us a heck of a game and we are looking forward to bringing that back to them," said Foligno. "We learned there are areas we need to improve on and it's exciting coming into this game knowing that this is a team that beat us..we don't think we had our best so we are going to try to bring that today."

Montgomery speaks with media in Seattle

Nosey Nearing Return

Tomas Nosek took the ice for a full practice on Wednesday for the first time since his lower-body injury vs. the Islanders back in mid-January, but he is not quite ready for game action. "He's medically cleared, but probably not going to be an option tonight," said Coach Mongomery.
When he does return, he will pick up where he left off as the fourth-line center. "It'll be Nosek back at center..we do like what Freddy's done, but we like him where he plays back with Charlie Coyle on the third line right wing," said Montgomery.
As far as what the team has missed since Nosek's injury, the list is very long. "He gives us tremendous strength down the middle, and he executes out D-zone coverage really well," said Montgomery. "The most underrated part of Nosek's game is his support play in all three zones, he's a very smart hockey player positionally and understands structurally how we want to play and actually makes a lot of connected plays with his linemates and d-corps depending on what zone."

Swayman in Seattle

Jeremy Swayman will get the start in net coming off a 3-1 win vs. the Senators on Monday afternoon at TD Garden. "Even split on the four games...Sway is going on tonight," said Montgomery. Swayman sits with a record of 13-4-4 and a .918 save percentage.
