Roster Update _ Media Wall

BOSTON -Boston Bruins General Manager Don Sweeney announced today, March 2, that the team has placed forward Taylor Hall on long-term injured reserve, placed forward Nick Foligno on injured reserve, and recalled forward Jakub Lauko from Providence.

Hall, 31, has appeared in 58 games with Boston this season, recording 16 goals and 20 assists for 36 points. The 6-foot-1, 210-pound forward has appeared in 819 career NHL games with Boston, Buffalo, Arizona, New Jersey and Edmonton, totaling 264 goals and 429 assists for 693 points. The Calgary, Alberta native was originally selected by Edmonton (first overall) of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.
Foligno, 35, has appeared in 60 games with Boston this season, posting 10 goals and 16 assists for 26 points. The 6-foot, 210-pound forward has appeared in 1,081 career NHL games with Boston, Toronto, Columbus and Ottawa, totaling 215 goals and 310 assists for 525 points. The Buffalo, New York native was originally selected by Ottawa in the first round (28th overall) of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft.
Lauko, 22, has skated in 11 games with Boston this season, recording one goal and two assists for three points. The 6-foot, 196-pound forward has appeared in 133 career AHL games with Providence, totaling 23 goals and 37 assists for 60 points. The Prague, Czechia native was originally selected by Boston in the third round (77th overall) of the 2018 NHL Entry Draft.
