1. North American Experience

An undrafted, 27-year-old defenseman, Holm spent one season in North America, starting the 2017-18 season with the Vancouver Canucks organization before being traded to the Vegas Golden Knights in March of that season. He dressed in one NHL game for Vancouver and scored 38 points (12G, 26A) in 63 AHL games between the Utica Comets and the Chicago Wolves. In 42 games with the Comets, his 11 goals and 29 points led all Utica defensemen.

2. KHL All-Star

After signing last season in the KHL with Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod, Holm was a late addition to the 2019 KHL All-Star Game as Torpedo's leading defensive scorer. In 61 games, Holm scored seven goals and 19 assists.

3. Going for Gold

A native of Stockholm, Sweden, Holm captured a gold medal with the Swedes at the 2017 World Championships, scoring a goal and two assists in seven games during the tournament. Over the course of the 2018-19 season, Holm played 17 total games for Team Sweden, the most of any defensman.
